We regularly check on our clients and ask them for feedback on how they feel about their care. We hold regular meetings with our carers to find out what needs changing and the responses they get from various methods. Focus groups are held to pinpoint the key features that not only our clients but also other stakeholders feel is most important to them. At Marygold Care UK, your voice will be heard.
